    1. revealcolleen1I was looking for a lotion with firming abilities and was so pleased when I came across ACURE's Nourishing body lotion. I use it daily to help firm and moisturize my skin. It's great to stick in the gym bag for your after work out routine because it applies easily & absorbs quickly.
    2. *Best tip takeaway: It has a lemongrass scent with grassy notes that isn’t for everyone, however the scent isn’t strong & doesn’t stay with you.

    1. Ingredient Review: 1. potassium sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid. It is found naturally in the berries of the mountain ash tree as well as being synthetically produced. It is a food grade preservative that is also used in personal care products and cosmetics. The EWG rates it a 3 for concerns of possible allergic reaction. If you have an allergy to Potassium sorbate you should not use this product. 2. glyceryl laurate is a Monoglyceride produced from glycerin and lauric acid and comes from vegetable oils. It is used as an emollient, surfactant and emulsifier. The EWG rates it a 3 for concerns of possible skin, eyes and lung irritation. If you have an allergy to glyceryl laurate you should not use this product 3. tocopherol acetate is a form of vitamin E that is formed when combined with acetic acid (which comes from vinegar). Vitamin E is an antioxidant and skin conditioning agent, acetic acid is often added to it in skincare products to preserve the product and increase shelf life. The EWG rates it a 3 for concerns of possible allergic reaction. It also has been shown in one or more animal studies in to have tumor formation in high doses. Along with contamination concerns during manufacturing with Hydroquinone, a FDA-restricted whitening agent.
    2. Our take on this: With a low EWG rating of 3 and the low dosage amount of tocopherol acetate that is used in skin care products, we have chosen to use this product as a safer option
    3. We always recommend if you have any allergies or sensitivities that you review the ingredients prior to purchase.
